When you use our contact form or book a call via Calendly, we collect your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or schedule an appointment.

When you purchase the AI Readiness Assessment via Stripe, payment data (card details, billing address) is processed exclusively by Stripe Inc. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance or pre-contractual measures
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to enquiries
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, where explicitly given

4. Third-Party Services

Calendly (Calendly LLC, Atlanta, GA, USA) — used for appointment scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly's own privacy policy applies. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Stripe (Stripe Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA) — used for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies. Data may be transferred to the USA under appropriate safeguards.

Google Fonts — typography files are loaded from Google's servers. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when fonts are loaded. Google's privacy policy applies.

5. Data Retention

Personal data submitted via enquiry or booking is retained for up to 3 years unless a longer retention period is required by law or until you request deletion.
